Welcome to the World Congress on the Future of Aging: Science, Society, and Sustainability (WCFA 2026)! This year's conference promises to be even better than last year's impactful event! Taking place in historic Vienna, Austria (July 20-21, 2026), this conference brings together elite-level researchers, physicians, health care providers, scientists, and other professionals working toward social and scientific good. I had the honor of speaking at last year's conference, and I was impressed by the content and organization of this conference. I have been an acute care speech-language pathologist for almost 30 years, working at bedside with patients in intensive care units, the emergency center, and on floor units with all ages — across diagnoses and health care complications.
